Clarisa went full time with her business, The Quality Nerd, in 2017 after 14 years experience in auditing and quality management, while trying to adjust to life as a newly single person. The Quality Nerd provides quality management consultancy and auditing services to businesses in the human services sector (aged care, disability and community services). Clarisa is a Human Services Quality Framework and NDIS Practice Standards auditor, and is also a registered Aged Care Quality Assessor. 

Shelley launched her business shelleybreen.com in 2021 shortly after the birth of her second son and leaving her full-time management position for the flexibility and excitement of the Gig economy. After amassing over 15 years experience in IT, Marketing and HR, she decided it was time to answer only to herself. Shelley provides business management services to disruptive entrepreneurs and start ups across Australia who want to do things differently, with no strings attached.
